No, we do not charge any booking or service fees. The prices displayed on our website are nett, with no hidden costs. We are not GST-registered, so no GST is applicable.
We accept payments via PayNow, FAST Transfer, or IBG. Our bank account details are provided in the invoice you receive upon booking.
Our most popular destinations are the Southern Islands, including Lazarus Island and St. John’s Island. A typical 4-hour charter includes a 20-25 minute sail to the islands, allowing about 3 hours for swimming, water activities, or relaxing. A city skyline cruise is also a popular option.

We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing. As all of our yachts have a no-shoes policy, wear footwear that is easy to remove. Also, bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for daytime charters. Cooking is not permitted on our yachts. However, most of our yachts are equipped with a BBQ pit, and a crew member can assist with grilling. Please contact us to confirm availability and cost.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Many of our yachts waive catering and corkage fees. Please note that red wine is not permitted onboard.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas on a few of our yachts. Please check with your crew upon boarding.

Yes, all guests, regardless of age, are counted towards the yacht’s maximum passenger capacity.
There are no restrictions on pregnant women joining a charter. However, for your safety, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor before booking.
Yes, water activities typically have a cutoff time of 6:30 PM. They may also be restricted during bad weather.
The yacht carries basic public liability insurance for passengers. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase their own personal travel, cancellation, or accident insurance.
You are welcome to bring small decorations. However, for the safety of the marine environment, balloons, confetti, and party poppers are strictly prohibited. Please contact us to discuss your decoration needs.
Your charter will proceed during light rain. In the event of thunderstorms or heavy rain, the skipper may postpone or abort the charter. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions; however, you can reschedule to the next available date or time.

Yes, overnight yacht charters are available. They are a unique 2-day, 1-night experience, offering a “floating boutique hotel” where you can cruise, dine, and sleep on board. A typical overnight charter includes a trip to the Southern Islands, a sunset dinner, an overnight stay in air-conditioned cabins, and a sunrise breakfast before returning to the marina.
The maximum number of passengers allowed on a yacht is determined by its official passenger capacity. This number varies by yacht and can range from 2 to 55 guests. Our standard charters have a minimum duration of 4 hours. We find this is the perfect amount of time to get to the islands and enjoy the various water activities.
If you or a guest are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend taking medication at least one or two hours before boarding. Our yachts are stable, but some gentle rocking may occur.
