What does the charter rate include?
All charter rates include usage of the yacht, a Skipper, crew member(s) and fuel for the duration of the charter. Additional sailing time or any deviation from the standard itinerary may incur extra charges. Please note that Food & Beverages are not included in the Yacht Charter price.
Do you charge a service fee for yacht bookings?
No, we do not charge a service fee for yacht bookings; the prices shown on our website are nett, and we are not GST registered, so no GST is applicable.
What are your preferred modes of payment?
We are able to accept payment via PayNow, FAST Transfer or IBG. You can find Bank Account details in the invoice.
What is the Yacht destination / itinerary?
The Southern Islands (Lazarus Island and St John’s Island) are popular cruise destinations.
Itinerary: (normally 4 hours)
After all of the guests boarded the yacht, the yacht set sail for the southern island, which will take approximately 20-25 minutes. The yacht will then anchor near/around Lazarus. The yacht usually stays for about 3 hours, allowing guests to go for a swim, play with the water toys, or simply relax onboard. If a city skyline cruise is included, we’ll head to the Marina Bay Sands area to admire the city skyline before returning to the Marina. Requests for other cruising destinations are at the discretion of the Captain, and fuel surcharges will apply.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your charter starts.
What should I bring for the Yacht charter?
Wear light clothing and footwear that is simple to take off (all of our yachts have a strict no-shoes onboard policy). For daytime charters, we also recommend bringing your own sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat.
If you intend to swim, bring your own towels, toiletries, and a change of clothes.
Those who are prone to motion sickness should bring their own medication and take it an hour or two before boarding.
Can I cook onboard?
Cooking is not permitted on the yacht. However, most of the yachts are outfitted with a BBQ pit and a crew member who can assist with the grilling. Please contact our team to inquire about the availability and cost of the barbeque service.
Are outside food and beverages allowed onboard?
You are welcome to bring your own food. Catering and corkage fees are waived on many of our yachts. Few yachts, for your convenience, offer onboard BBQ, which you can order in advance at the time of yacht booking. Please contact us for menu and pricing information.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Please keep in mind that red wine is not permitted onboard.
Can I smoke onboard?
It is only permitted on a few yachts. Please check with the crew to see if there is a designated smoking area.
Can I bring pets onboard?

Are small children considered one person?
All guests onboard the yacht, regardless of age, are considered passengers and counted towards the total.
Do you accept pregnant women on the yacht?
We have no restrictions on pregnant women joining us on board. However, before booking a charter with us, we recommend that you consult with your doctor.
Are there any restrictions on water activities for evening charters?
Cut off time is 7pm. And ofcourse, when the weather is bad.
Do we need to buy personal Insurance?
The Yacht carries a basic public liability insurance for its passengers, however personal travel / cancellation / accident insurance is strongly recommended.
Are decorations allowed on Yachts?
We allow small decorations, but please keep in mind that balloons, confetti, and party poppers are strictly prohibited. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
What if it rains on the day of the yacht charter?
In the case of light rain, the charter will still proceed as arranged. However, in a case of thunderstorms / heavy rain, the skipper will or can abort or postpone the charter, then reschedule to the next available date or time. But please note that no refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.
For pre-ordered F&B, there will be no refunds.
What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by yacht. More information can be found on the individual yacht pages. In general, for yachts where it is permitted, we require at least 14 days’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation, otherwise such requests will be denied. Please check with us for more details.
